The UK's largest German-style Christmas market, with wooden chalets, bratwurst and glühwein stretching from Victoria Square along New Street. It usually opens in early November and runs until just before Christmas.

TipFriday and Saturday nights are the busiest and priciest. A Sunday-to-Thursday stay is usually much cheaper and the market is easier to enjoy.
