Seahouses
Seahouses is a historic Northumberland fishing village with a busy harbour, and is the departure point for boat trips to the Farne Islands, a National Nature Reserve with puffins in spring and summer and grey seals year-round. Swallow Fish has smoked fish here since 1843, the story of Grace Darling is part of the village's history, and sandy beaches run north and south with views to Bamburgh Castle.
